Fantastic product. It takes seconds to shred the chicken and it's perfect each time. Even my husband, Mr can't cook, won't cook, could use it (I say could because he has yet to do so). Super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Quite often, I don't bother with the handles and just gently press down on the lid and twist. So, so easy. I do tend to cut the breast/s in half first, but this is to avoid having a large chunk stuck in the centre.

I bought this because my cats love chicken, I buy whole chicken then cook it, I used to then have the tiresome job of cutting it all up, but now I just pop in the chicken pieces and give it a quick twirl, job done. I haven’t used it for anything else but I’m sure it would do a good job, it’s well made and the rubber feet stop it from moving all over the work surface.

I wasn't sure why I needed a chicken shredder! I have managed for years without one; that said, I haven't ever shredded chicken before owning this. Now I wonder how I survived without one. The build quality is great, although the speed is very much determined by how vigorous you are. And whilst I never imagined I needed one, its great value for money too.

Very simple and easy to use. Ill buy rotisserie chicken from Costco, pull chunks and place in shredder. A couple of turns, chicken is shredder. I also use it to shred chicken after cooking it in a crockpot. I have yet to use it on anything else, but I've seen videos of folks shredding other types of meat.
